Wed share our thoughts, goals and ideals. And most of all we are accountable for each other. Not only are you teaching some “self-discipline” but you are also pulling out of others (again, what you have already said) what we have already done but are lacking and set aside now we are stuck in this area of self-discipline. Today I DO celebrate! In reviewing my progress, I noted many a slip – daily actions not done every single day, challenge actions more undone than not (but some improvement – it was to be in bed by 10.00 p.m. every night – actually got it done 2 or 3 times, but celebrating anyway as I have not been going to bed as late). What I do notice though, and why I am celebrating are the RESULTS! Ooooooh – things have just been falling into place with military precision …… good that has eluded me for weeks and months has started to just manifest in days! As I sang this morning:

I find This program works best when you have a specific goal in mind. Yesterday I ran my first 15k race in central park NY. Grueling 25 degrees weather and 9.5 miles. the support I gained from Julliette and my program partner helped me prepare and stay focused on my training over the past 2 months. ! thanks

I started mine with effect from midnight on 31st Oct and currently on my 8th day today! yipee. I have decided to do a 30 day challenge ahead of my b’day on Nov 30th. so far i am so happy as i am in a good place and loving it. What I am enjoying more is challenging my will power. In review of the last 20 days I have come to conclusion that I am a better person! My target was increased productivity. I have made improvements and will continue on with exercises in prioritization. I am weak in visualization so I will continue to practice daily and affirm and grow. I am grateful that I get to experience more of what I like and less of what I don’t like already and that each action I take rewards me in terms of inner and outer contentment and satisfaction. My space is clearer and I have more order, and even though some days I overdo it and others I slack off, I am still making forward progress thanks to the vision exercises renewing my enthusiasm. Each day as I wake up I remind myself of my commitment and let a thought come to me of what in specific terms I could take on next. I hop out of bed looking forward to seeing the finished product lol.

I’ll be using this 21 day adventure to launch a new product and close at least 5 new deals on or before the 21st day. I am looking forward to fantastic results. I already “saw” the victory…even had celebratory dinner: I had an amazing steak, my wife had fish 🙂

Yesterday was my goal date to close my first deal during this event. I met with prospect he liked my vision and plan but tossed an added feature into the mix. Good news they are in…just have to revise agreement and pickup retainer on Monday. Thanks 21 Days of Action!!

I want to thank you so much for this last few weeks, for leading us on this journey of self-discovery and accountability. For myself, I needed to re-learn about self-discipline, “will power” and accountability.  All the times I have not followed through with something in the past had led me to feel like a failure. This time I achieved much, even with a few lapses, and saw it through to the end. Many times however I found myself doing the right thing, and instead of celebrating my achievement I just took it for granted, and so it seemed like I was always behind the 8-ball, even though I had actually done the right thing! How silly of me…at least I noticed this time. I will remember from now on to give myself many pats on the back for every small success, and by forgiveness will make sure that any lapses are only for a day, then back on the horse! I am going to keep on…there are so many things that need my attention. Also something occurred to me the other day…You know how grandparents are always so organized and seem to have life pretty well under control most of the time? I realized that it is because of years of habits under their belt…its all on automatic pilot and requires so much less energy than the ups and downs of youthful distraction! I also changed my mind about writing things down (goals etc)…I always tried to brush over this in the past, thinking why write it down? Its in my head. I know what I plan to do! But the act of writing it down IS a part of accountability. Its the first step in making something happen, manifest, in the physical world. Also little things like taking extra effort to look for pictures of your goals, or things that represent them…not that its some kind of magic, but its something tangible and positive, and that can’t hurt, right? I have, thanks to you, just started the journey of creating my ideal life. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for your kind and loving advice. Big hugs and lots of love always

The first act of kindness on day 1 for myself: I had something healthy for breakfast.  The act of kindness for a loved one: I saw my nephew today, and gave him a long hug and told him I missed & loved him.  A random act of kindness: I work at an elementary school, and I went up to a little girl that I knew and told her I was proud of her behavior lately then gave her a hug.
